Where is CRBRHA's office located?
We are located at Mile 111.5 Richardson Hwy in Tazlina Alaska. Our new office complex is between our old office and Copper River Native Association.
How can I submit paperwork or pay my bill after hours?
We now have a secure drop box located right outside our front door.

How do I apply?
Here is the application form. Please complete and mail. You will be contacted once the form is reviewed.
When is my rent due?
All rent payments are due on the 1st of the month. Any payment received after the 10th will accrue a $15 late fee.
Where am I on the waiting list?
In order to know exactly where you are on the waiting list, please call the office during business hours. As new applications are received regularly, your rank may change.
How will I know when I am selected for a unit?
Once a unit becomes available and you are ranked #1 on the waiting list for that location and bedroom size, you will receive a letter of selection. You have 7 days to respond to the letter.
How often do I need to re-certify?
You need to submit a recertification form anytime your income changes or your household members change. Here is the recertification form.
What are the current income limits for affordable rental units?
1 Person: $66,500
2 Persons: $76,000
3 Persons: $85,500
4 Persons: $95,000
5 Persons: $102,600
6 Persons: $110,200
7 Persons: $117,800
8 Persons: $125,400

Who do I call after hours for emergency maintenance?
After 4:30 P.M. Monday - Friday or on weekends, please contact Darin Gene for all emergency maintenance needs. NO HEAT or WATER constitute EMERGENCIES.
For any other emergency, please call 911.
What is a maintenance emergency?
Maintenance staff will respond only to No Heat or No Water calls outside of regular business hours.
What are the new ceiling rent amounts?
As of July 1, 2018 CRBRHA's ceiling rents are as follows:
